- No setup fee. Concierge migration from spreadsheets or legacy PropTech is free within 24 hours. You only pay the monthly per-unit subscription once your trial ends.
- Can I cancel monthly?
- Yes. MakaoYetu is billed month to month with no long-term lock-in. Disable units or close your organization from the subscription dashboard, no cancellation penalties.
- Do SMS credits cost extra?
- SMS sends debit your prepaid Africa's Talking wallet at Safaricom rates. Platform access includes the dispatch engine; you top up credits as needed from Administration → Communication.
